Job summary

Custom staffing is seeking an Assembly Operator for a local facility in Bluffton, OH. This 1st shift position offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and requires basic tools usage, measurement skills and math proficiency.

You will assemble parts, read a tape measure, and operate hand and power tools. Forklift certification is required to move assembled parts, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to assemble parts with high quality.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Operate drills, impacts, ratchets, saws, etc.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Quality focused: must pay close attention to detail to meet customer demands.
• Willing to cross train.
• Blueprint reading is a plus.
• Must have good math and calculation skills.
• Must receive forklift certification in order to move assembled parts.
• Observe all plane and safety guidelines.
• Assist or fill in for other employees as directed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workplace.
