Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of high-quality electronic components. This role is responsible for assembling wire harnesses, installing computer boards, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, can read technical documentation, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Assemble wire harnesses according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Install and secure printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components into assemblies
  • Perform basic soldering, crimping, stripping, and routing of wires and cables
  • Inspect assemblies to ensure proper connections, alignment, and overall quality
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
  • Conduct functional testing and report any defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S practices
  • Accurately document production work, including completion logs and quality checks
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
