Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. in Missouri (Lebanon) is seeking an Assembler for the Weekend Shift on 12-hour shifts. You’ll earn $17.65 per hour while working Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 36 hours paid as 40.

This full-time weekend role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth within a manufacturing setting. You will place components, follow OMS instructions, monitor quality, and train across stations while supporting additional duties as qualified.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Place components on the assembly line according to specifications.
• Follow posted work instructions (OMS documents) in assigned area.
• Monitor machine specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform non-standard work tasks as directed by the floor leader.
• Train to work at multiple stations and complete required training milestones.
• Support additional duties, including material handling or equipment operation as qualified.
