AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an Assembler/Trimmer in Leetsdale, PA for direct-hire. The role involves assembling tanks, trimming molded parts, and quality inspection on the production line.

You will work with hand and power tools, read drawings, and follow work instructions to meet strict manufacturing standards. Two shift options are available: 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am), Monday–Friday.

What You’ll Do:

In this vital role, you will be responsible for pulling materials, assembling tanks according to detailed specifications, trimming molded products, and inspecting for quality. You will utilize a variety of tools and machinery, performing tests and ensuring every tank meets our strict manufacturing standards. Your efforts will directly impact the safety and durability of the products we deliver.

Required Skills:

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings, work instructions, and sketches
• Basic computer skills for accessing work orders and inventory

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with testing and repairing molded products
• Knowledge of rotomold manufacturing processes
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a physically active role involving lifting and handling materials

• 3 months: $20.35
• 6 months: $21.70
• 9 months: $21.90
