Job summary

Parker Hannifin is hiring for an assembly/production role. The candidate will operate hydraulic presses, perform welding, assemble and test units, and apply paint caps. The position requires ability to switch between workstations to maintain throughput and to read travelers for precise instruction.

Teamwork, adherence to 5S, and safety are emphasized. High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience is required.

• Flexing from one work station is required for continuous throughput
• Able to identify/monitor own work to ensure quality
• Track and enter scrap in MSS
• Able to complete the hour by hour board
• Able to read and understand a traveler
• Cross train and work in other departments
• Train other team members
• Able to work in a team environment
• Supports 5s and safe work practices
• Participate in High Performance Teams

Physical Demands

• Stand for a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a day
• Frequent walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally stoop, bend, lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Able to identify, pick up small parts for assembly/pack product
• Close, distance, peripheral, vision, depth perception, adjust focus
