  • Track and enter scrap in MSS
  • Complete hourly production boards
  • Read and understand a traveler
  • Cross-train and work in other departments
  • Train other team members
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Support 5S and safe work practices
  • Participate in High Performance Teams

Responsibilities
  • 1. Operating Hydraulic Presses
  • 2. Operating and performing welding duties
  • 3. Assembly/Testing of units
  • 4. Putting on paint caps
  • 5. Other various assembly jobs
  • 6. Flexing from one work station is required for continuous throughput
  • 7. Able to identify/monitor own work to ensure quality
  • 8. Track and enter scrap in MSS
  • 9. Able to complete the hour by hour board
  • 10. Able to read and understand a traveler
  • 11. Cross train and work in other departments
  • 12. Train other team members
  • 13. Able to work in a team environment
  • 14. Supports 5s and safe work practices
  • 15. Participate in High Performance Teams
Physical Demands
  • Stand for a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a day
  • Frequent walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Able to identify, pick up small parts for assembly/pack product
  • Close, distance, peripheral, vision, depth perception, adjust focus
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, 1 -2 year manufacturing experience, and/or combination of education and experience
