Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to SOPs
• Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
• Monitor product quality and report defects or deviations
• Accurately complete production records, logs, and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality staff to meet production targets
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Job Full Description

We are looking for individuals that can work in either Assembly or Supply Chain. The company requires 3 years of RECENT manufacturing experience in order to qualify for the position. it is 6:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri some Sat as needed. Individuals will be assembling components on an assembly line to build lawnmower engines and home generators.
