Job summary

Curtiss-Wright EST Group in Hatfield, PA is seeking an Assembler to join our EST team onsite. Under supervision, you will assemble components, read drawings, and apply process instructions to meet quality and schedule targets.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork and documentation skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and configured products using drawings and tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, and work instructions.
• Perform rework from test failures and incorporate ECNs into assemblies.
• Verify product quality at required intervals and ensure accuracy of completed work.
