Job Description

Perform assembly operations to produce Electro-Mechanical switch assemblies, sub-assemblies, and module assemblies, ensuring products are produced timely and meet Drawing and Quality standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery such as Eyelet stacker, Sonic Welder, Drill press, Heat stacker, Hot Stamping, Tampo/Pad Printing.
  • Use hand tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, soldering tools, and assembly fixtures.
  • Perform assembly tasks like switch and transformer assembly, soldering, and pressure checks.
  • Identify parts and terminal locations using ink stamps and engraved markings.
  • Work from assembly drawings and documentation following ISO-9001 / AS9100 standards.
  • Complete Job Cards, Time Cards, and assembly documentation accurately.
  • Ensure workmanship quality according to internal and military/aerospace standards.
  • Perform product inspections with torque and electrical meters as needed.
  • Solder components onto PCBs, ensuring joints are mechanically stable and defect-free.
  • Assemble switches, conduct wire wrapping, and connect soldering for switch units.
  • Set up and maintain soldering equipment for assembly tasks.
