Job summary

Technomark North America is seeking an Assembler & Shipping Clerk in Minnetonka, MN. The role involves building, inspecting, and testing products, and preparing shipments with UPS/FedEx software. You’ll keep inventory organized and follow safety practices in a team environment.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable using computer programs.
• Experience not required, 6 months to 1 year preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and test quality products using blueprints, work instructions, and production standards.
• Spot issues, document work accurately, and help keep production moving smoothly.
• Pack and prepare customer shipments with accurate labels, paperwork, compliance documents, and carrier coordination.
• Confirm order accuracy, follow customer shipping requirements, and route paperwork to the right locations.
• Keep inventory organized by stocking supplies, pulling bins, picking finished goods, and verifying components.
• Take pride in a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company procedures and safety practices.

Essential Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle parts, communicate, and occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.; requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
