Position: Assembler / Sequencer - 2nd Shift (2pm to 10pm)

Job Summary:

Operate production line equipment, finish products, and report issues directly to your supervisor. This role involves repetitive lifting, twisting, and bending within an automotive manufacturing setting, providing hands-on technical experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble goods on production lines following work instructions.
• Conduct basic quality and testing checks.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards.
• Follow company philosophies and values.
• Ensure adherence to production and quality systems.
• Communicate effectively to facilitate team decisions and improvements.
• Feed raw materials into machinery, store goods, and pack shipments.
• Use lifting equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends if required.
• Motivated with an interest in manufacturing and safe work practices.
• Team player, adaptable, and able to work close to others.
