Position: Assembler / Sequencer - 2nd Shift (2pm to 10pm)
Job Summary:

The assembler or sequencer will operate production line equipment, finish products, and report issues to supervisors. The role involves repetitive lifting, twisting, and bending in a manufacturing setting, offering hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products following work instructions
  • Perform quality checks and testing
  • Maintain safety and good housekeeping
  • Follow company values and safety practices
  • Monitor and assist the team to meet production goals
  • Follow quality and production systems
  • Communicate effectively for continuous improvement
  • Feed raw materials into machinery
  • Store goods properly
  • Use lifting equipment and pack goods for shipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
Physical and Skills Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexible to work any shift and weekends as needed
