Job summary

CHASE Staffing in Temple, GA area is urgently hiring for Manufacturing Production roles including Brake Press Assistants, Assemblers and Material Handlers. These positions are temp-to-hire, requiring the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment and to work mandatory overtime when production needs demand.

The 1st shift offers $15.00 per hour and the 2nd shift offers $16.00 per hour, with overtime and some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing and production operations, load/unload steel materials, assemble components, move and organize materials.
• Measure and stack finished products, maintain an organized work area, follow safety and quality procedures.
• Brake Press Assistants may support Brake Press Operators; prior brake press or machine-operating experience is a plus.

Position Overview

These positions are best suited for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing physical work, and working overtime as production needs require.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift – $15.00/hour Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Currently working mandatory overtime until approximately 4:30 PM as needed Some Saturdays: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – $16.00/hour Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM–3:30 AM Mandatory overtime on some Fridays may be required.

Job Duties

Assist with manufacturing and production operations, load and unload steel materials, assemble components, move and organize materials, measure and stack finished products, maintain an organized work area, and follow all safety and quality procedures. Brake Press Assistant positions will assist Brake Press Operators with daily production. Previous brake press or machine operating experience is a plus.
