Job summary

A3 Solutions, Inc. in Texas is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing associate to perform cut operations on fabrics, core materials, and consumables, record batch numbers, and prepare tooling.

You will maintain inventory, assist with ordering, lay-up fiber reinforcements, and follow Job instructions while meeting production schedules. The role requires reading and following documents, working with PPE, and being able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must read standard and metric tape measures.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime as needed.

Eligibility Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to pass standard criminal background check – no convictions for any crime of violence; cannot be on registered offender list.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Experience/Skills Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Assembly experience preferred.
