Job summary

PSG is seeking an assembler to support the assembly of chemical dilution and dispensing equipment under close supervision. Read BoMs to gather parts and assemble sub-assemblies using hand and air tools.

You will perform quality checks, follow work instructions, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with production logistics. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reads and comprehends Bill of Materials to gather parts and tools.
• Uses hand and air tools to build assemblies and sub-assemblies of moderate complexity.
• Completes product assemblies to meet quality specifications.
• Performs quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Follows work instructions and adheres to safety procedures.
• Assists with production logistics, planning, inventory, and packing.
• May pull manufacturing orders and support other cell rotations as needed.
• Reports issues or defective parts to Production Leadership.
