Mindscope is seeking a motivated individual to assemble composite and electrometric materials in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drilling, sanding, riveting, adhesives, and interpreting blueprints to ensure quality. Must lift up to 50 pounds and read English drawings.

Candidate should have a high school diploma, experience with composites, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with hand and power tools and good communication skills are essential for teamwork in this

Competenze

• Experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings in English.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Using basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales.
• Following work instructions and drawings.
• Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures.
• Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets.
• Sanding for quality finish of all composites in a vented grinding room, wearing fitted particle masks.
• Installing nut plate hardware with cherry rivets, with handheld riveters.
• Mixing a variety of chemical adhesives.
• Understanding and interpreting manufacturing drawings and manufacturing procedures.
• Installing manufactured harnesses and crimping lug nuts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Using basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales.
• Following work instructions and drawings.
• Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with the use of air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures.
• Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets.

The salary range is $41,600 - $50,000.
