HuFriedyGroup in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a Full-Time Direct Labor Hourly Employee. The assembler will perform assembly and packaging tasks on small equipment, maintain production rates, and support 6S organization.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year manufacturing experience preferred, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and dexterity with small parts. The role offers healthcare benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and quarterly bonuses.

Position Summary:

The assembler position involves the completion of various assembly and packaging assignments by operating standard or specially designed small equipment (labeling, weighing, sealing, etc.) to place or arrange products into specified boxes, cartons or other customer container.
