MAT Industries LLC is hiring Production Assemblers for a full-time, first-shift role in Jackson, TN. Starting pay is $19.10/hour in an air-conditioned facility, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with three paid breaks and a 30-minute lunch.

The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability), paid vacation, sick days, 8 paid holidays, and a Christmas bonus. Join a growing manufacturing team focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in last 5 years.
• Able to perform physical labor in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to teammates and supervisors.
• Demonstrate urgency to complete production schedule on time.
• Accept responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
• Complete all required reporting functions accurately and on time.
• Use computer-based documentation to locate, view and print specs and procedures.
• Dispose of scrap/rejected material per safety regulations.
• Clean and assemble equipment following safety procedures; maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and operate machinery and computer-controlled equipment.

We are currently hiring Production Assemblers starting at $19.10/hour in an air-conditioned facility, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our ten-hour shift offers THREE PAID breaks along with a 30-minute lunch. Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance as well as paid vacation, sick days, 8 paid holidays, and a nice Christmas Bonus!
