Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Point of Rocks, MD is seeking dependable Assemblers to join a growing production team. This hands-on role involves assembling products, operating basic production equipment, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The position offers a full-time schedule with overtime opportunities and a monthly production bonus.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications.
• Fasten parts using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, and other assembly methods.
• Measure and cut materials to required dimensions.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defects.
• Operate machinery used in fitting, fastening, and assembly processes.
• Work at various stations throughout the production area based on business needs.
• Adapt to changing product lines and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
