Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in New Freedom, PA is seeking an assembler to join our team on 1st or 2nd shift. You will assemble massage tables using hand and power tools, read drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications.

This temp-to-perm role offers a four-day workweek, opportunities for advancement, and pay increases after mastering additional positions, with bonus potential. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of manufacturing or warehouse experience,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Assembly, mechanical, vehicle repair, carpentry, or troubleshooting experience is highly desired.
Ability to use hand and power tools, read drawings, and accurately use a tape measure.
Basic computer skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Assemble massage tables using hand tools, power tools, drawings, and specifications.
Assist in various departments as needed to support production and customer demands.
Read drawings, use tape measures, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet company standards.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and contribute to efficient production flow.
