Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking skilled assemblers/assembly technicians for flexible shifts and short-term mandates in light manufacturing. You will perform precision assembly, use various tools, and conduct quality inspections to ensure high-quality component assembly.

The role requires adaptability to different client production environments and learning new procedures quickly. Location is Jaffrey, NH with variable work hours.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• Precision assembly: perform complex or repetitive assembly tasks of components or products following detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Tool use: safely utilize various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
• Quality control: conduct meticulous in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts, identifying and correcting any defects or non-conformances.
• Wiring/soldering (if applicable): perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect electronic or mechanical components.
• Adaptability: quickly learn new assembly procedures and integrate seamlessly into different client production environments for short-term mandates.
