Job summary

Randstad is seeking an entry-level assembler / component handler for short-term manufacturing contracts. This role is ideal for those with little to no experience who want to learn basic skills on the job.

You will perform simple assembly, prepare materials, inspect parts, and assist with packaging under supervision. The position offers flexible shifts and consistent pay across multiple warehouse sites in WV.

• Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components, ensuring all necessary parts are available at the workstation.
• Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
• Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Dress code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
