Job summary

Marathon Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join a Pallet Assembly Line at a leading lumber manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position offering growth opportunities.

Schedule is 1st shift 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, 40-50 hours/week. Starting pay is $18 per hour. Join a safety‑minded team that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
• Comfortable using hand tools, nail guns, and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets according to production standards.
• Operate nail guns, pneumatic tools, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and stack completed pallets.
• Label, band, or wrap finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
