Job summary

As an assembler, you will construct pallets, ensure safety standards, and may handle labeling or packing as needed. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour and increases with experience for full-time hires.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and eager to learn to join our assembly team in Schertz, TX!!!

Help build wooden pallets for shipping and logistics. Perfect position for anyone interested in getting started in the manufacturing and woodworking industry or looking for career growth.

If you have previous experience as a roofer, framer, carpenter, or furniture builder, or if you have worked in other areas of construction, your skills will easily transfer into this role. Orientation and dedicated ongoing support is provided to help you!

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing wooden pallets and other shipping goods to meet quality and safety standards.

Pay: Pay rate starts at $14.00 per hour, increases based on experience and full time hire!

Key Responsibilities

• Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
• Fit parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards.
• Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process.
• Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.
• Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards.

Requirements Include

• Experience working with lumber preferred but not necessary.
• Working knowledge of basic math and reading tape measures
• Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions.
• Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and other equipment as required.
• Ability to use nail guns to assemble wood products

Please note - Weekends may be requested or REQUIRED!!! Team members must be able to commute to Schertz, TX.
