Job summary

Overtime may be required during peak periods; read blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and on-time production. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude with machine operation experience.
• Stable manufacturing work history; safety-focused.

• Knowledge of basic math including decimals; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operates a machine to assemble components per specs.
• Inspects parts for defects and tags non-conforming items.
• Maintains safe, clean workstation and follows PPE rules.
• Sets up machines per work instructions and timelines.
• Learns all machines in the area and rotates as needed.
• Communicates results and issues to technicians/engineers.
• Adheres to production schedules and standard times.
• Completes duties assigned by team leads and management.
