Aerotek is hiring Assemblers for Anoka, MN to assemble high-density liquid cooling systems. You'll work with copper piping, rubber tubing, and mild steel enclosures, with full training provided and opportunities to grow within manufacturing.

Openings exist for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This on-site role offers competitive weekly pay and benefits, with a long-term path in a growing facility in Anoka.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for liquid cooling products.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Build cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
• Learn machine-building and testing processes through on-the-job training.
• Perform basic finishing tasks and quality inspections.
• Meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
