Hubbell is seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician to oversee assembly operations and ensure quality standards in compliance with ISO 9001. With your expertise, you'll manage workflows, maintain inventory, and lead a team to meet production schedules in a supportive environment focused on sustainability and ethics.
Job Overview
Responsible for the electronic assembly work cell, including SMT, Harnesses, Sensors, Hand/Final Assembly, Selective Solder, and Rework. Organizes and monitors workflow within the work cell based on production schedules. Ensures labor and quality standards are met and maintains compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Prepares and maintains all work cell documentation and reports. Manages work cell inventory and transactions. Assists and coordinates the work of other employees as required.
