Aerotek in Fairmont, MN is seeking an Entry-Level Assembler to join a growing production team. You will assemble components per specifications, use hand and power tools, and help maintain quality on an 8-hour shift in a fully onsite facility.

This contract-to-hire role offers pay of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow into more advanced manufacturing positions as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and schematics for assembly tasks.
• Able to use hand tools and power tools safely in a production setting.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistent quality and accuracy.
• Measure dimensions with a tape measure and verify fit and function.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities
