IGT is hiring for a hands-on production role assembling electronic gaming machines across multiple production areas including Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery. You will follow established processes, use hand and power tools, review build requirements on computers, and maintain quality while standing for an eight-hour shift.

  • Must pass Security Background Investigation.

Overview

In this role, you will support the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines across production areas such as Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery. You will learn to assemble a variety of products while using hand and power tools, computers, fine motor skills, and hand‑eye coordination. This is a hands‑on production role that requires you to follow manufacturing instructions, maintain quality standards, and work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and products used in the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines.
  • Work across various production areas, including Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery.
  • Learn and follow established manufacturing processes and assembly instructions.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly work.
  • Use computers to review build requirements and close completed jobs.
  • Apply fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination throughout the assembly process.
  • Interpret manufacturing process instructions to accurately assemble parts.
  • Perform work while standing for the duration of the shift, including bending and lifting as required.
  • Work overtime and weekends as business and production needs require.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow manufacturing process instructions.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to review build requirements and close jobs.
  • Ability to stand for a full eight‑hour shift.
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Ability to bend and perform physical tasks associated with production and assembly work.
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Security Background Investigation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, make sound decisions, drive results, and demonstrate self‑leadership.
