The role requires 3–5 years in mechanical/electrical/optical assembly, a high school diploma, and ability to read blueprints. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of mechanical, electrical or optical assembly experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints for assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products of varying size and complexity, ensuring high quality with minimal scrap.
• Meet production timelines outlined on orders and maintain safe, clean work area.
• Cross-train on functions to support production operations and train new employees.
