Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is hiring an on-site Assembly Technician in Long Beach, CA. The role focuses on building products and sub-assemblies, reading blueprints and BOMs, and ensuring quality while following MOPs.

You will train peers, maintain safety and PPE, and help meet daily output targets in a fast-paced production environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
2+ years in manufacturing/assembly.
Ability to read and follow work instructions (MOPs) in English.
Good manual dexterity for detailed hand work.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools per MOPs.
Assemble kits while maintaining quality per procedures.
Read blueprints, BOMs, routers, and schematics.
Verify part numbers and completed assemblies for accuracy.
Record production activities and report defects promptly.
Maintain training certifications across lines and stations.
Train teammates on production lines as needed.
Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
Hit daily production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
