Job description

A propos de nous Hydrafacial is a global category-creating company focused on bringing innovative products to market and delivering beauty health experiences by reinventing our consumer’s relationship with their skin, their bodies and their self-confidence. Every person here is a key player in our success. We are firm believers in making the little things count each day so the big things will follow.

Job Description

SkinHealth Systems depends on experienced assemblers who can work across multiple product lines with minimal supervision and help bring newer team members up to speed. The Assembler II brings 2 or more years of production experience to the floor — operating independently, catching problems before they travel downstream, and cross-training peers so the team stays strong when someone is out. Every device that clears your station and meets quality standards is a direct contribution to the patients who rely on SkinHealth Systems products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools — including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering stations — following manufacturing operating procedures (MOPs).
  • Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following manufacturing operating procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, BOMs, routers, and schematics.
  • Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
  • Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming (defective) items to leads right away, so defective parts don't move further down the line.
  • Clean devices and components using approved cleaning supplies and methods, following manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Keep your training certifications current across all relevant production lines and stations, including updated revisions.
  • Help train teammates on your production lines so the team isn't stuck if someone is out.
  • Record production activities accurately and on time, and report any defects or deviations to your supervisor right away, so work can be traced and meets quality standards.
  • Keep a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.
  • Speak up when you see a better way to do something or a chance to cut waste.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear your personal protective equipment (PPE) — including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection — and join team improvement activities.
  • Work with your teammates to hit daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English, as well as verbal instructions, to complete assignments accurately and on time.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to stand, walk, and perform detailed hand work for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting peer training or cross-training in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
  • On-site, production floor role requiring standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for precision assembly tasks involving small components and tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and finished assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Must wear PPE as required, including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection, throughout the workday.
  • Exposure to a light manufacturing environment with standard noise levels, machinery, cleaning agents, and assembly materials.
Base Pay

$22.00/hour
