The successful candidate will work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment and contribute to quality and efficiency. There is emphasis on manual dexterity, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Normal to high manual dexterity required.
• Ambidextrous with hand tools.
• Moderate lifting up to 50lbs; lifting assistance provided.
• Full range of motion in hands, arms, legs, neck, and back.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must communicate in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions; assemble using fixtures and torque guns.
• Test or inspect assembled units.
• Rotate stations in a work cell and master all steps in the process.
• Set up potting machine and fixture changes; ensure quality output.
• Run parts, inspect for defects, troubleshoot and adjust as needed.
• Package finished parts and pass to the next operation.
• Train on other shifts as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
