Alfa Laval in Richmond, VA is hiring an Assembly Operator to put together components, following standard operating procedures and blueprints in a fast-paced production setting. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as you use hand and power tools to meet daily targets.
You will perform quality checks, document processes, and participate in 5S routines with a focus on Kaizen improvements. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with overtime on weekends as needed.

OBJECTIVE: Putting components together to build finished products, requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to follow blueprints/instructions in a fast-paced setting. Key duties include using hand/power tools, performing quality checks, documenting processes, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with teams, often involving repetitive tasks.
Your shift schedule will be Monday through Friday, 2:00PM – 10:30PM, overtime as needed including weekends.
Salary - 23.50 Hourly + shift .75 stipend
