ITW in Missouri (Saint Charles) is seeking an Assembler to assemble and test products using hand tools and small power equipment, following drawings and work instructions.
You will maintain quality standards, complete paperwork accurately, and support continuous improvement with ITW principles, while keeping the work area safe and organized.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a team or independently with attention to detail.
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing company product. This position may specialize in particular products or processes. Additionally, this position follows all work area related processes and procedures to assemble units utilizing hand tools, small power equipment, and other special equipment/fixtures. Finally, this position is required to complete paperwork fully, accurately, and timely, as well as clean and maintain work area and equipment including tools.
Education: High School Diploma (or GED) required.
