Carris Reels Group in Arkansas is seeking an Assembler to fabricate and maintain component parts and reels in our manufacturing facility. You will follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality requirements and keep work areas tidy.
Aptitude for mechanics and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to learn the reel-building process and operate power and hand tools. You will contribute to a safe and efficient production line.
The Assembler will be responsible for the fabrication and maintenance of component parts and products. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality requirements. As an assembler, you must have an aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail. A top-notch assembler should have the ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving, stacking, and wrapping reels. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud, and personal protective equipment is required (ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toe work shoes at minimum).
This position requires constant standing, walking, bending, and moving back and for in the production line. Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds, with reaching, pulling, pushing.
