Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Assembler I for our Broken Arrow, OK operation. You will assemble coolers by positioning and installing components according to drawings, using hand and power tools, and inspecting for proper fit and quality.

You will read blueprints, follow instructions, and assist training as needed, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including reading a tape measure and calipers.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Experience with industrial machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by positioning and installing components and subassemblies according to drawings and instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to connect parts and subassemblies.
• Inspect assemblies for correct fit and quality using measuring tools.
• Assist Team Leader with training new employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
