Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Assembler I to join our Tulsa, OK and/or Broken Arrow, OK team. You will assemble coolers by following blueprints, mounting components, and verifying tolerances with measuring tools.

Use hand and power tools, operate equipment, and support preventive maintenance while contributing to a safe, efficient production line. This role prioritizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to read specifications and material lists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills including reading a tape measure and calipers.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Experience using industrial machines preferred.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position and assemble components by reading blueprints and instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools to connect parts.
• Perform tube installation and rolling operations.
• Provide materials to workstations and load/unload parts.
• Read blueprints for job specifications and use precision measuring devices.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
