Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Assembly I to join the High Point, North Carolina team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, perform checks, and support re-manufacturing tasks to restore equipment to peak condition.

You will follow strict process sheets, document labor activities, and contribute to safety and quality improvements using TPM tools. This position offers a stable daytime shift with opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of assembly experience.
• Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components with precision to meet exact specs.
• Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to ensure safe, reliable operation before service.
• Lead re-manufacturing tasks from disassembly and inspection to minor repairs and reassembly.
• Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency.
• Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail.
• Use TPM tools to drive safety, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Communicate proactively about maintenance needs or safety concerns to prevent escalation.
• Keep leadership informed on daily activities and challenges to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in training teammates and sharing knowledge to develop others.
• Step in wherever needed to help the team meet goals.
