Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a team-oriented hourly assembler for first shift in the United States. You will manually assemble materials, operate auxiliary equipment, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

Responsibilities include following work processes, reading schedules, labeling, and maintaining production data. The role requires strict adherence to safety policies, teamwork, and punctual attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or up to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be a good team player, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision; adaptable to new projects and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assembles materials and products manually and operates auxiliary equipment.
• Performs quality checks to ensure product meets criteria and follows department processes.
• Reads and follows assembly schedules, writes tickets, labels, and maintains data on production forms.
• Inspects product at each packaging step and performs rework to meet quality standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe workstation and adheres to PPE requirements.
