Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for first shift in the United States. The role involves assembling materials and products by hand, operating related equipment, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.

You will follow department processes, safety rules, and Cambro handbook guidelines, while maintaining a clean, organized workstation and contributing to team objectives through reliable attendance and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Able to read instructions for assembly, packaging and equipment operation.
• Excellent team player with minimal supervision and good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shift changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials and products manually and operate auxiliary equipment.
• Follow all work processes, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Perform sanding, polishing, cleaning, assembly and packing tasks as assigned.
• Ensure correct quantity and proper packaging of products.
• Read assembly schedules, write tickets, label products, and maintain W.I.P. data.
