Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Mankato, MN is seeking an Assembler 1 to assemble generator sets and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools while following quality procedures. This full-time position requires a High School Diploma or GED and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, cross-train across multiple assembly areas, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience with basic mechanical tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly duties using work instructions, drawings, and schematics in designated work areas.
• Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and adapt to process changes.
• Crosstrain and assist in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures; contribute to departmental continuous improvement.
