Rolls-Royce is seeking an Assembler 1 in Mankato, MN to assemble generator sets and sub-assemblies. You will use hand and power tools and follow drawings and schematics within our quality-focused production environment.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Pay ranges from $20.46 to $30.68 per hour, with benefits including medical, 401(k) and paid time off.

• Crosstrain and assist in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Follow safety, environmental and company procedures; contribute to departmental continuous improvement.

Position Summary

As the Assembler, you will assemble generator sets and sub-assemblies that include both standard and non-standard product lines. Assemblers will use hand and power tools and following quality and procedural techniques.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be authorised to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic ability to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
• Capable of solving practical problems and adapting to changing technology.

Mental & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.

$20.46 - $30.68-Hourly
