Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a skilled assembler to support the manufacturing of its products at the Southern Pines, NC site. You will read drawings, assemble parts, and ensure quality through testing and proper setup of equipment.

The role emphasizes high dexterity, adherence to ISO procedures, and safety, with daily accountability for productivity and quality. On-site shift operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to operate power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Read print drawings to determine dimensions, design, and materials for construction.
• Assemble parts according to standard work and BOM instructions.
• Operate presses and set up identification equipment as needed.
• Test products for compliance and integrity.
