Ingersoll Rand is seeking an assembler for our Mocksville, NC facility. You will assemble and test industrial machinery, following standard work and blueprints. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities include reading diagrams, handling materials, operating tools, and maintaining equipment while supporting a safe, efficient production line. This is a full-time onsite position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with and ability to utilize all hand tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use equipment.
• Familiar with and can utilize power tools.
• Knowledgeable of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test industrial machinery and components.
• Read, understand and apply drawings and blueprints.
• Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions.
• Operate power tools and maintain tools/equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform general housekeeping and material handling.
