Nortech Systems is seeking an assembly worker to perform basic assembly tasks and follow detailed build instructions. The role involves reading and applying written instructions, using hand tools, and assembling varied components per product documentation.

Pay Range: $17.00-18.50 hourly, based on experience, skills, and certifications. *Night Shift receives an additional $1 shift differential on top of base pay.

High School or better.
Required: High school diploma or GED; or one month of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Reading, understanding, and accurately following written instructions. Listening and following oral instructions. Using electronic devices and computing systems.
Preferred: Three months’ related manufacturing or assembly experience. Experience operating hand tools and equipment.
