Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking an Assembler I to join our on-site team in Saugerties, NY. You will assemble mechanical and/or electrical components using hand and power tools, following prints and visuals, and work closely with teammates to ensure proper connections and builds.

Key responsibilities include inspecting parts for quality, modifying components as needed, and documenting time and billing details daily.

• Applies knowledge to identify parts that do not meet industry standards through testing and visual inspection throughout the build process
• Modifies various parts using both hand and power tools to meet the needs of each specific build
• Maintains appropriate communication with supervisor to ensure efficient and timely production
• Completes and submits time costing sheet documentation each day with the relevant service, project, and billing information
• Maintains a professional manner to enhance the company’s image with customers
• Follows any safety regulations necessary and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Cleans working area prior to leaving each job
• Attends and participates in departmental or company meetings
• Complete routine tasks according to departmental policies and procedures
• Work with direct supervision
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
