Kingsbury, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling mechanical components per specifications and blueprints, and ensuring quality and traceability throughout the process.

You will use measuring tools, perform adjustments, and help maintain ISO-9000 compliant procedures. Experience with hand/power tools and blueprint reading is preferred, with room to train and grow within a long‑standing, family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of relevant experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work in manufacturing, hand/power tool use, and blueprint reading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components into assemblies per blueprints and instructions.
• Use company software to identify customer etching requirements.
• Perform adjustments as needed; may include setup.
• Use measuring instruments and gauging devices to verify parts.
• Deburr and check components for fitment and conformity to blueprints.
• Maintain lot traceability of all materials.
• Adhere to ISO-9000 system level procedures and work instructions.
• May train other Assemblers and participate in continuous improvement.
