Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of assembly or similar manufacturing experience.
• Ability to learn 5S.
• Manufacturing background in related area.
• Ability to cross-train.
• Effective communication with all associates.
• Basic measurement instruments and machine control knowledge if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Assemble a variety of home appliances on an assembly line to meet specs.
• Meet time standards and perform quality checks.
• Collaborate with team leaders and production staff to resolve issues.
• Perform line/product changes per BOM and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate daily with associates about operation and safety.
