Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a general assembly technician to support brazing, production assembly, and testing at our Colorado on-site facility. You may rotate across stations and must be able to obtain certifications for operating Mules, Tuggers, forklifts, cranes, and braze operations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting takt times, with benefits kicking in Day One for eligible employees and competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.71 to $21.84 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills and understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement.
• Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions.
• Completion of Forklift Training, Safety Orientation, Crane Certification.

Responsibilities

• Brazing, production assembly, and test processes.
• Must have the flexibility to test units according to completion date.
• Must meet takt time.
• Follow 5S standards for area.
